Prime Time Primer prepares natural lashes before lash application by stripping oils and residues from the natural lash. Prime Time can assist with retention. Very useful for clients with oily skin.
 
To use: Apply a drop of Prime Time to a clean applicator. Grabbing another clean applicator, rub them together to disperse the product. Gently sandwich the natural lashes between both applicators. Do not rinse.
